I bought this jacket recently, and overall I do like it. The fabric feels nice, it keeps me warm, and it looks good when I wear it. After wearing it a few times, though, I started noticing a couple of loose threads, and the zipper feels a little cheaper than I expected. For the price, I was hoping the finishing would be a bit better. I’ll still keep using it because it’s comfortable and looks nice, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations

I picked up a Peak Performance jacket for hiking, and overall I’ve been happy with how well it breathes. Even on steeper uphill sections, I don’t get that clammy, sweaty feeling inside, which is a big plus. That said, I do wish the vents were a little easier to open, especially when I’m already moving. So I’ve got mixed feelings there, but in general it’s been a solid jacket.

I had to return my order because of an issue that felt preventable, but the return process itself was really smooth. The emails were clear, there wasn’t any hassle, and the refund showed up faster than I expected. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled it.

I ordered a jacket from Peak Performance and overall the quality seems good. The only thing is the color wasnt quite what I expected from the photos. Online it looked like a deeper green, but in person its more greyish and a bit washed out.

It wasnt a big enough issue for me to send it back, so I kept it. Shipping was fine and the size was right, I just wish the product pictures showed the real color a bit better.

I’ve worn it a handful of times now, and from what I remember it moves okay overall. The stretch is definitely there, but the jacket still feels tight in certain spots sometimes, so I wouldn’t say it’s amazing.

I wore this jacket in some seriously heavy rain, and it held up really well. I stayed dry the whole time, which is exactly what you’d hope for, right?

I assumed my order issue was going to be annoying to sort out, but support jumped in quickly and got it handled. The replies were friendly, clear, and easy to follow, which I really appreciated.

I ordered a jacket and was given a delivery date, but the day came and went with no package. The tracking didn’t change for days, and when I contacted support, they basically just told me to wait. That was the most frustrating part because nobody could tell me what was happening or what I was supposed to do next. I needed the jacket for a trip, so it ended up being really inconvenient. It did finally arrive much later than promised, and the jacket itself was fine, but I wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date.

I had to swap a jacket for a different size, and the process wasn’t super difficult or anything. It just seemed to take longer than I expected, even though maybe exchanges just take a while sometimes. I didn’t get many updates along the way, so I was kind of wondering what was going on. But the right jacket showed up in the end, so I guess it worked out fine overall

I ordered from peakperformance.com and the jacket itself was totally fine, but returning another item ended up being a bit of a hassle. For some reason, the return label was confusing, and the refund took way longer than I expected. Support did reply, but they weren’t all that helpful. Not the worst experience ever, just kind of annoying.

Overall it was fine, but, yeah, the payment part was a bit slow. Not a huge deal, just took a little longer than I expected

I ordered from Peak Performance and the packaging was disappointing. The box showed up half crushed with tape all over it in a weird way, like it had been tossed around a lot. The actual item was fine, thankfully, but for what I paid I expected much better packing. The whole mess with the damaged box felt unnecessary...

I was expecting to have to search around for a while, but actually—no, it was quick. I found what I needed without much hassle.

I wouldn’t bother with this one. The material feels cheap and it’s not soft at all. It was rough on my skin, so if you’re looking for something comfortable, save your time and skip it...

didn’t expect it to be this light. Like, I pulled it out and thought it might not be enough—but it was. Took it on a hike, stuffed it in my bag, forgot it was even there most of the time. Packs down really small too, which is basically exactly what I wanted...

I was really glad to find my size available, which made shopping so much easier. One of the colors I wanted was sold out, but I’m still thankful I was able to grab something that worked for me.

I reached out to support about an issue and they got back to me really quickly. compared to a lot of other companies where you’re stuck waiting forever, this was a nice surprise. They fixed the problem without much hassle.

The site has a clean look, which I do like, but some of the pages literally feel kind of empty. It looks okay overall, just not super exciting to browse through.

I got a jacket from Peak Performance and ngl, it does feel really well made. The fit was good, delivery was fine, and overall I don’t really have any complaints about the quality.

That said, for the price I kinda expected a bit more. You can probably find similar stuff for less if you shop around, imo. Good brand for sure, I’m just not totally convinced the value is there

I picked up a jacket from Peak Performance hoping it would be solid for colder days, but the warmth is just kind of okay. I wore it with a hoodie underneath and still felt cold once the wind picked up. The fit is nice and it looks good, so you definitely get that part, but the insulation feels a bit thin for what you’re paying. It’s probably fine for mild weather, but if you’re expecting a proper winter jacket, I’d say it falls short. Bit disappointing, to be honest.
